Ms. Naishija Loishie is a mentor and administrator in the financial department with more than 15 years of experience. She has experience in both finance and accounting. Ms. Naishija Loishie has previous experience working for international and local organizations as well as religious institutions. She is a creative person with the capacity to work independently, a team player, and a leader with the capacity to inspire and guide others. In order to accomplish her personal goals as well as those of the organization, she is also a quick learner and capable of working in a multicultural setting. Ms. Naishija possesses exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities. She is committed to upholding high standards for accuracy, precision, and compliance with internal controls, but most importantly Integrity. Due to Ms. Naishija Loishie’s broad knowledge and amiable demeanor, working with her is an honor. She helps the organization grow and is dependable and honest.

The Institute of Accountancy in Arusha granted Ms. Naishija Loishie an Advance Diploma in Accounting from October 2004 to July 2007, and from November 2011 to July 2013 the University of Bradford, in partnership with Mzumbe University, granted Ms. Naishija an MSc. Along with Merit in Economics and Finance for Development, Ms. Naishija has also completed training in Quick Book 2003-Accounting package from May 12 to June 9, 2007. Sound IT skills, including the usage of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook Express, as well as extensive expertise with the QuickBooks and Microsoft Dynamics Navision (NAV) software proficient in both spoken and written Swahili and English, Tanzania Social Security Reforms NBAA Seminar February 26 and 27, 2015 United States Agency for International Development Rules and Regulations Training January 2017, Budget Training February 20, 2016, OCA Training January 11–15, 2016, NUPAS Training June 17–21, 2019, and International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) and Cooperate reporting Seminar Dec 14-18,2020.

Ms. Naishija Loishie serves as the Head of TMA’s finance department and oversees the management of the organization financial resources. Ms. Naishija is particularly skilled in budget creation and management, payroll administration, general accounting and financial understanding, financial monitoring techniques, and extensive experience dealing with a variety of sponsors such as Melinda and Bill Gate Foundation, Department for International Development (DFID), Irish Aid, HEIFER International and MasterCard Foundation, USAID and PEPFAR, grants administration, extensive knowledge of QuickBooks and NAV software, knowledge of Organization Capacity Assessment (USAID) for CSO, and ability to conduct mock and final Non-US Organization Pre-Award Survey (NUPAS) surveys.

Ms. Naishija enjoys spending time outdoors and watching movies when she is not working.
